An account is an identity and nothing more. It does not grant access to any lead, any market or any part of the platform on its own — a brand new account can read exactly as much as an anonymous visitor, which is the public Opportunity Index and nothing else.
Projects are no longer sold one at a time. Access to the projects in your trade comes with a monthly subscription, which opens every project for that trade rather than one of them.
If “those details did not work” comes back, it does not mean your account has gone. Check the address you signed up with, then try the password again.
If you have forgotten the password, reset it. We will email a link to the address on the account; it lasts an hour and works once.
Locked out of an account that holds leads you paid for? Those leads are not lost — they are recorded against the account on our side, not against this browser. Reset your password and they will be where you left them. If the reset itself will not work, get help.
